Creative Portfolio Development - Solo project - Grade: 76%

Maxis' playground of the dead is a level design I worked on for three months alongside other university modules, using the Unreal Engine.

 

I designed the level to fit into the Call of Duty's Zombies game mode. While creating the level I considered 'zombie training' rooms, perk and box placements, Sightlines and also the spawning areas for the undead enemies.

While creating the level, I also built the game mode itself, to ensure it was consistent with Call of Duty's game flow. This consisted of:

- Adding in a enemy wave spawning system

- A points system (Affecting Doors, Perks, and Ammo)
