Project Raid is a game created in the Unreal Engine by a 9 man team over three months, as part of the Beta Arcade module in my third year of studies.

Project Raid is a Local multiplayer party arena brawler, with three games modes - Free for All, Teams, and Cursed.

I was one of three game designers and level designer for this project, you can see the levels I created below. During the project I worked on:
- Level Design
- Balancing
- Spawn points
- Round time
- Playtest sessions
- Game mode Design

I created the Base Level and play tested to check balance, and enjoyment. From the play test I found the spawn areas towards the front of the screen weren't used enough throughout play testing.

After testing I iterated, blocked out and play tested again - ensuring what I changed made the flow of the level and the balance better

I created the base block out and play tested, to check the level was fun and balanced to take forward.

After play testing I changed the layout of the level to have more safe areas, I also balanced the level more, and play tested again.
